Powdered Soap Making Machine

Afrohind’s Powder Soap Plant is designed to produce Dry Mix Detergent Powder with high bulk density, ranging from 800 gm/l to 950 gm/l, and an active matter content of up to approximately 18%. The plant is equipped with a robust and user-friendly Recipe Management and Master Control System, connected to essential monitoring and control instruments, enabling fully automated and safe operation. It includes automated dosing for raw materials, specially designed mixers, continuous rotating drums, lump breakers, bucket elevators, vibro sieves, and conveyor systems for feeding packing machines. Plant capacities start from 1,000 KGs per hour and can be customized to meet higher production requirements.
