Quality Management
Our internal processes are aligned with recognised quality management principles. From enquiry handling and design reviews to fabrication, testing and certification, each step is recorded and traceable.
Depending on the product and application, HEFT designs and manufactures lifting beams, spreader beams and associated structures in line with international standards such as:
- - ASME B30.20 – Below-the-Hook Lifting Devices
- - ASME BTH-1 – Design of Below-the-Hook Lifting Devices
- - ISO standards and relevant DNV / ISO codes for offshore lifting appliances and containers
- - EN and national standards applicable to slings, shackles and rigging hardware
Testing & Statutory Compliance
Our testing and examination services are performed by competent persons who are familiar with statutory requirements in the regions where our clients operate. Test certificates and reports clearly mention the applicable regulations, standards and reference documents so that you can demonstrate compliance during audits or inspections.
Documentation & Traceability
Each lifting device or gear tested by HEFT is traceable by identification number, test date and associated certificate. For products we manufacture, material certificates, weld records, NDT reports and proof load test records are compiled into a data dossier on request.
