Facilities & Capabilities
HEFT operates a dedicated test house and fabrication facility strategically located near major industrial hubs. Our infrastructure is designed to support design, fabrication, NDT, proof load testing and certification of a wide variety of lifting equipment.
Testing Infrastructure
Our test facilities include horizontal test beds and load frames capable of high-capacity proof load tests on lifting beams, spreader frames, slings, shackles and special lifting devices. We maintain calibrated load cells, deadweights and data acquisition systems to generate reliable test records for each item.
Fabrication & Manufacturing
The fabrication shop is equipped for cutting, forming and welding of structural steel sections, plates and pipes used in spreader beams, lifting frames, offshore containers and cargo baskets. Welds are qualified to applicable procedures and inspected by NDT prior to painting.
Design & Engineering Tools
HEFT’s design team uses 3D CAD software and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools to model lifting devices and predict structural behaviour under load. This calculation work is backed by physical proof load tests, giving clients confidence that the equipment has been validated beyond theoretical checks.
Storage & Logistics
We maintain organised storage yards for modular spreader beam components, test weights, offshore baskets and rental lifting gear. Efficient logistics planning allows us to mobilise equipment for projects on tight timelines, within India or for export shipments.
