Purchasing heavy lifting gear is not Good lifting equipment is based on sound engineering. HEFT’s design and engineering team supports customers with the development of lifting beams, frames, attachments and test rigs tailored to specific projects.
We start by understanding the load: its shape, weight, centre of gravity, lifting points and constraints such as headroom and rigging path. Based on this, we propose a concept for the lifting device, develop detailed 3D models and perform strength checks and FEA simulations where needed.
We can also prepare calculation notes, rigging layouts and method statements to support approvals from clients, third-party surveyors and regulatory bodies.
